What amenities can I expect?
So much to do! There are two pools, one is heated year-round, two hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball hoops, shuffleboard, a BBQ pavilion, and an onsite gym. And we can’t forget the beach is just a stroll away!
How do I get the keys to the rental?
When you arrive, proceed to the lobby where the front desk staff will give you two keys.

So many fun options! You will see a new pool and kiddie pool, clubhouse with a large kitchen, huge TV, and plenty of seating, cornhole, ping pong, and foosball tables, the marina where you can swim, snorkel, and fish, a wading area and man-made beach, and BBQ pavilion with seating for evening meals.

The white sand beaches are directly across the street, the lagoon with fishing and sunset dock is just steps away, and the community pool is right next to the townhome. The pool is only open from April to October, as it is not heated.

Terms and Conditions
What time can I check in? What time is check-out?
The white sand beaches are directly across the street, the lagoon with fishing and sunset dock is just steps away, and the community pool is right next to the townhome. The pool is only open from April to October, as it is not heated.
Can I check in early or check out late?
If we’re given a lead time to schedule our cleaning team, we may be able to arrange times outside of our normal check-in and outs. The price for either option is $50. Inquire with our team to request, pay for, and schedule these add-ons. Early check-in is 2:00 pm, Late Check-out is 1:00 pm – exceptions can be made if the calendar and staffing allow.
How do I check in?
The morning of your arrival you will receive a message with check-in details. Most of our homes have an easy-to-use keyless entry at the front door and the code will be provided the day of check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with 14-day notice, we are happy to refund 95% of the payment you have made.
If you cancel 13-6 days before your arrival, we refund 50% of your reservation.
If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation, we offer a credit and you may move your stay to a different date with an equal nightly rate, or you can pay the difference if the rate is higher.
As a family-owned company, we know that emergencies happen and we will work with you for unforeseen circumstances, but we encourage every guest to purchase travel insurance for peace of mind.
Is Wi-Fi available? What is the password?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi at all of our properties. The name and password are displayed inside each home.
Where is the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, or restaurant?
One week before your arrival you will receive an email with details of local restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do.
Are there public transportation options nearby?
Having your own car is always easiest. While Uber is available, there are often long wait times.
Is parking available?
Yes, each of our rentals has parking for 2 vehicles.
What are the specific rules for the rental?
There is a strict no-smoking policy enforced by the HOA. This includes no smoking in the home, on the balcony or patio, or at the pool and other common areas.
Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the booking?
While not a charge or a fee, there is a $500 security hold when booking. These funds never leave your account and are released 2 days after your departure, or when the cleaners have completed your departure cleaning.
How can I reach the host or property manager if I have questions or issues during my stay?
We are quick to respond via text. You may also email us for non-urgent issues.
